Location Disclaimer: personally we love the beach but dealing with beach and harbour for this location is not ideal. Malibu beach permits are Not guaranteed. Beach use permit applications are not accepted by Beaches and Harbors for Point Dume until 90 days prior to your event and it happened that response was given just one week prior the wedding day. I invite couples to consider this location for off season Los Angeles Elopements. During the summer happen often that the parking lot close down because full and they can not care less if you have a permit. They will let you stand in line till parking spots are available.

5. El Matador Malibu: Tucked away along the Malibu coast, El Matador Beach is a hidden gem known for its stunning rock formations and intimate coves.
