Palos Verdes Golf Club is a stunning wedding venue that offers both elegance and convenience.
We love it because it could host our 200people celebration for Jasmin and Dillon without feeling either lost in a huge space or cramped up in a sacrificed environment. Palos Verdes Golf club is located in the picturesque Palos Verdes Peninsula. The club features a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site with sweeping views of the ocean and rolling hills, providing the perfect backdrop for exchanging vows. The indoor reception area is equally as impressive, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the room and showcase the stunning surroundings.

Even so, we make a point to get to know the bride and groom even if sometimes it means Zoom calls during the holidays and at whatever time works for our couples. We received the first call from Jasmine’s mother.
She told us that Jasmine and Dillon were super busy! In fact Jasmine tour the world with her dance company, Dillon is a business owner, and ….they had an adorable baby boy… Well…This is what we do!!! I connected immediately with Jasmine as ex-ballerina myself! I assured Jasmine’s mom that we will happily work around Dillon and Jasmine’s schedule.
Zoom calls at strange times of day and night are not the rule but we are used to it with international clients or when we need to meet our client’s needs.
This couple has a very strong personality so I was not surprised when Jasmine picked a very original wedding gown: ” Look Veronica what do you think?” ” she showed me a lovely pantsuit with a gorgeous tulle skirt. ” I think you nailed it! It is Totally You!!!” .
So after a romantic ceremony with her gorgeous tulle skirt, for her first dance, the skirt and high hills come off and she and Dillon arrived with matching custom-made Nike sneakers. Actually, also their baby boy and the bride and groom’s parents had the same matching sneakers.
It goes without saying that the dance floor was packed all night long. At One point Granpa started a family dance battle…
What can I say if not that I love my job? I love meeting people. I adore getting to know them. To hear their unique love story, how they met, and what is special to them I know…In the beginning, my couples look at me funny when I ask them tons of questions like what kind of event do they envision, and why. I ask what elements their celebration needs to have in order to be memorable for them and the reasons behind their answer. Then they get it.
In order to make a celebration unique and memorable it helps to have a good budget but it is not it.
You really need to ask yourself what makes your heart sing and you need a wedding planner willing to take the time and pleasure to get to know you a bit and put her expertise at your service.
